Making bread rolls

Procedure of the yeast evolution:


Recipe for bread rolls :

1. Get a bowl ready

2. Mix dry ingredients (flour, yeast, sugar, water, and salt)

3. Knead the dough

4. Form it to a ballshape

5. Wrap it with some cling film

6. Wait for after the night

7. Remove the cling film again

8. Knead it again

9. Make 2 breadrolls of it

10. Shape an X on each of them with a knife

11. But the put the breadrolls on parchment oaoer to put in the oreheated oven

12. For around 15-20 min on 250 C

13. Enjoy
